My journey details are

SFO - SEA UA
SEA - FRA LH
FRA - MAA LH

Inbound

MAA - FRA LH
FRA - SFO LH

Ticket issued by United. Status : *G

On the outbound journey, united will allow 3 * 70lb baggage (*G benefit)

The question i have is, while coming back whether LH will honor united's baggage allowance (3 * 70lb) OR enforce LH *G baggage allowance (2 * 50lb).

I tried to contact both UA /LH. They pretty much said it is up to the agent in MAA to interpret MSC and decide. Really?

Would appreciate if you have any advise or any recent experiences to share.
