Once Delta sets pricing for a fare basis, it doesn't change. If the price changes, it would likely have a different fare basis , even if it is the same booking class (i.e. T fare).
The same search criteria was used on both Delta and skyscanner websites: non-refundable economy class on identical flights, neither fare basis nor booking class were not shown in the online reservations, their only visible difference was the ticket price.
1. The lower fare must be for the exact same Delta flights, U.S. currency, dates, number of passengers, cabin and booking/fare class as the original ticket purchased that same day at delta.com.
