), but the regular counter agents definitely are on commission. Getting all those coverages at the desk might help you negotiate a nicer car/upgrade.
It isn't unheard of for some of the very best agents at a very touristy airport like LAS to be making well into the $200k range.
just look at glassdoor.com. They are hourly, I'm sure their is some incentive plan for up sells but its not going to quadruple their hourly rate.

You would think this bonus plan to be at $200k a year would yield the best ... kissing when you are at the counter. last time I had to use the counter that was clearly not the case!
