By no means is $200k the norm, but I know that the very best of the best can make that much. Very difficult to get a job and good hours at the regular counter at a location like LAS + somewhat long/irregular hours. If you miss a quota or two they stick you at the exit gate or something like that for a week or two. My cousin made significantly more money as a counter rep than she did as a manager at Enterprise!
