My husband had a Samsonite spinner that we bought last year at TJ Maxx. It was completely destroyed after 3 trips. I took it to our (awesome) local luggage repair guy and he said that the Samsonite stuff at Marshall's and TJ Maxx are cheaper lines made just for those outlets.
