It is the highest in about two and a half years (other than the Exec card).
Four years ago there were 75K ($1500-$4000 spend) and 100K ($10000 spend) offers on both business and personal cards. The personal offers died one-by-one, starting with the 100K offers, the last 75K offers disappearing end of summer 2011. The business card offers died over time as well, also starting with the 100K offers, the last died end of October 2011.
Back then you could use the two-browser trick to get two AA personal cards on the same day and then wait 18-ish months and repeat. 18 months ago the multi-app in a day died. Last summer, for a few months, the 18-month rule went away and you could get multiple personal cards again waiting only for the 8/60 day periods between apps.
We shall see what the future brings.
