My wife and I will be here celebrating our anniversary and I wanted to get everyone's recommendations for restaurants. I'd love to do a sunset beachside meal and I know a few restaurants, as well as the Hyatt offer such an experience. So, who does this best? Passions, Hyatt, Flying Fishbone, etc?

Also, we will have club lounge access, but what other hangouts around the property does everyone prefer for late night drinks? Just from looking at the website, it appears there may be a few bars scattered around the property.
