The answer is yes to picking up your luggage from domestic terminal (if on Garuda, then it will be 2F). If your next International flight is within the same day, you can take it to the transfer to International counter and check it in right away. If not, then you need to check it in at the International Departure Terminal 2E.

For all your international flights on GA, you are allowed 30 kg for your checked in baggage.
