It isn't unheard of for some of the very best agents at a very touristy airport like LAS to be making well into the $200k range.

I've spoken to some Gold Desk agents at LAX, SFO and ATL and they all have some kind of incentive model based on upsell. LAX seems relatively low on a per week quota basis, but SFO and ATL are significantly higher. But at best, they're making something like 10 - 15% off the total upsell for the week/month with some other quarterly bonuses.
If they're commission + salary pushes them to $200k, I think I may be in the wrong line of work.
