They do. They have quotas they have to meet through upsell.

I'm not sure if it changes my location, but there is a certain amount they need to push to customers and if they meet it, they get a % bonus off of whatever they've sold. If they reach a higher level, a higher % is given out of the overall total.

Since my employer pays for my rentals, I'll sometimes let them charge on small things like NeverLost.
