Hi guys, I was wondering if Hertz staff will get incentives if customer accepts protection plan(CDW/LIS/PIA,PEC,etc) at the counter?

I'm a 5-star member and I buy CDW,LIS,PAI/PEC every time. So I have two options:

1)accept them when I book a car online;
2)reject them when I book a car online, and add them at the counter when I pick the car

If Hertz staff gets incentives for selling those protection plans, why not do them a favor by adding those options at the counter?
