what do you mean that its not entirely true????i'm giving my personal experience so what is not true about that????i'm not saying everyone has a bad experience, i'm just saying i did....

i have had problems with lhr & ba a number of times so i have stopped using ba & try my best not to transit through lhr....this has nothing to do with the recent ba letter....
