per se, Thomas Keller's restaurant in Time Warner Center, recently got a C until it was reverted to an A. I think these letter grades (iirc L.A. County here was one of if not the first to adopt them, and we've had them for about 15 years now) are good overall, but there are some serious drawbacks and potentials for corruption such that I don't follow the system to the letter, literally.
