yes each passenger in Y gets a pillow and blanket. make sure to check your blanket and ensure that it's in a sealed plastic bag. my wife used one that wasn't on a flight from hkg-hnd and got a rash.

you will have 2 meals on your flight and as others have stated you'll have some snacks (crackers, ham sandwiches, cookies, etc). the cup o noodles aren't the best for your health but they are tasty. not as good as the old Eva beef noodles though.
