So I'm flying back from SNA to EWR on this Friday and booked a ticket through my company's AMEX travel site late last week. Unfortunately it booked a T class fare, and I'm in a middle seat in the back of the plane with no economy comfort seats available. I just hit PM for my first time this year... do I have any upgrade options?
