I agree with your interpretation that it appears we would get the anniversary Cat 1-5 award. Nothing in the T&C says otherwise, but the fee is higher for this card at $99/year. Note you have to use it within 6 months like the Personal Premier which really stinks. I won't be applying then (if at all) until January to use it for the summer.
