Transferring US Air Dividend Miles to AAdvantage

I am planning a trip to Asia on miles and currently short by ~40K miles (I have 140K). I have miles in the following frequent flyer programs, but not sure how to transfer them or bring them over to AA. Looking for some "creative" solutions

- US Airways - 30K miles. this should be straightforward, but for some reason not possible. I can't even break the trip (to or fro) and reserve one leg on US air, US air forces you to book return tickets using miles (one way and return are same amount of miles 80K for return).

- Qantas FF - 60K

- Delta - 60K

- United - 30K

- Hyatt Passport - 35K

- IHG - 15K

I am looking for shortest path to 40K advantage miles, without having to pay for it (if I can manage)

Thanks!
