Sorry for the slow reply.
Everything is included for the whole day if you book the Hiram Bingham from the moment you get to Polroy station to when you return. Meals, alcohol, entertainment, transfer to the citadel, guided tour. Even the 1 Sol for toilet paper at the visitor center restroom when they saw we were with the HB group.
Our guide was excellent and the group is limited to a maximum of 12 people per guide. Our group just happen to have only 6.
From the Agua Caliente Station:
When the train arrived in Agua Caliente we were directed to the waiting room to freshen up, have a drink and use the restroom.
Once everyone was ready, we boarded a couple buses to go up to the citadel. The staff had HB uniforms and signs directing us. You didn't have to worry about anything.
It takes about 20 minutes to go up the mountain and arrive in front of the Sanctuary Lodge hotel and main entrance. You can see the big long line behind the bus for the restroom and busses heading back down.
Then our tour began. We walked the entire site with the red and blue lines. The tour took 3-4 hrs.
After that, around 4pm we had tea at the Sanctuary Lodge (included with the train ticket).
Then we took the bus back down and started the long 4hr ride back to Polroy Station. Not without first stopping in the waiting room and having another drink while listening to the band.
Dinner on the train, we were exhausted by then.
