Yep.. She was just not refined enough for what they are looking for. Seems like a great girl but probably better suited to EasyJet's more casual culture. These days it would be the same pay anyway as at BA. It's true for most crew classes on most airlines generally about 80% of them make it and the other 20% don't. Highly competitive so they can be extremely picky. Overrated profession to me but it is what it is
