2.2% if you use it on travel. (Actually, 2.2222222... subject to the minimum redemption - since you get the 10% back on the subsequent redemptions too.)
But, if you don't redeem on travel, it's 2% statement credits (in increments of $25.)
Edit: I should be clear. I mean the Arrival Plus. Not sure about the Arrival non-plus.
