Surely it isn't the end of the world, I agree.

But I still don't see the point of putting in such horrible seats. Is there any benefit that could not have been achieved with a slim leather seat, with a reclineable seatback, a decently-sized tray table, moving armrests, and seat pocket not at the height of your knees? All the benefits of denser configuration, less weight, more space, etc could also have been achieved that way.

In other word's, passengers' pains are for no good.

Or is there somebody who actually prefers NEO to other modern seat types?
