I recently took a couple of Jetstar flights together with a number of BA flights on a trip to Australia.

BA are refusing to give us Tier or Avios points despite the Jetstar website implying points would be available and the onboard announcements clearly stating Jetstar are part of the oneworld alliance and using the same language as BA during the flight.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or suggestions?
