That's nice to hear. I had a bad impression of the hotel because of the FD agents. It felt like they were completely underpaid and overworked and didn't have any choice for a job elsewhere.
I had a much better experience at the Martinez.
Plus the one bed room suites on the first floor are completely worn and tired. The two bedroom suites on the 6 floor are slightly better.
So when are they going to close the hotel for the renovation?
