Last year I was there the FD staff were not so friendly. They didn't restock my mini bar and when I asked for water and they added it onto the room service bill and I had to insist it be taken off the bill.
They didn't seem to really care about RAs at all
The check in lady wasn't friendly at all to be honest, but the assistant manager who showed me to the suite and welcomed me was excellent - 10/10 customer service. I called him on his extension and just asked for a higher room as the lower room initially given may be noisier. He said he would get back to me, which he did and asked whether I would like one of the "prestige" suites on the 7th floor but with only partial sea view. I accepted once I seen the suite.
