Nope, N723TW is not done yet, but I believe it is scheduled for this first round (for a total of four).

Delta.com will only reflect the flat-bed icon if the flight has been marketed as a flat-bed (i.e., JFK-LAX from late June/early July onwards). All the other flights which have seen the refurbished 75S so far have not technically been scheduled as such, so they will continue to not show the flat-bed icon even if the 75S shows up as the equipment for that flight that day.

JFK-LAX does not officially start using the 75S full-time until late June or early July (all of DL's marketing points to JFK-LAX going 75S only starting in July) so in the mean time, the refurbished ones have been showing up all over the system (JFK-SFO, and even TATL to KEF or PSA sporadically).
