I had a feeling you were thinking that, which is why I mentioned it.
International BusinessElite, which is mostly TATL or TPAC, and, I believe, int'l First / Business Class, which would be something like USA to Mexico, will give you SkyClub access, at any airport with a Club on the same day as your int'l flight, but trips that are domestic USA First Class, and I think Caribbean - - Sorry, no Club access***.
***There ARE some exceptions! I don't know all of 'em, so I'm just giving you an approximation.
