Well, there's your problem. AA doesn't release business seats at the low level on many routes, including routes to Europe, at all, day 330 or on any day.

Don't expect to be able to book Low Biz seats on AA at all. Good luck using your miles. Prepare to pay double or triple, and count yourself lucky if you can get biz seats on the routes you want at any price.
