I just caught up on Monday's episode with iPlayer.

Despite what many of you think about Jodie, I really think BA have got it wrong here. The policy of snapshots is archaic and issuing one on the basis of lateness caused by a major incident is dogmatically unfair.

I really think BA were trying to highlight the stringent standards required to get in (so why are so many CC rubbish?). In my view they have demonstrated they are not a very good employer, and have backward HR policies.

Don't forget that Jodie is a person with hopes and dreams, and it is dreadful for any person to have them destroyed publicly. I feel for the poor girl.

A little more investment in her development would have been expected from an employer like BA. Shame on them.
