Interesting. I'd be curious to look up the actual published fares on ExpertFlyer and see if they indeed match. If so, that's an odd way for the revenue management folks to do it.

Would you mind sharing the city pair you saw this on (and, to help refine the search, if you don't mind sharing, the date)?
