Back in 1976, I flew into Molokai, Lanai (Hawaiian Air DC-9-50) and Kamuela (DC-9-30). They all seem like good candidates for prop service these days. As for the fourth destination... gosh, all the other ones I can think of seem too small to have ever taken jets... so what the heck - I'll go with Hilo.
Kamuela (MUE), Lanai (LNY) and Molokai (MKK) are all correct. And besides Hawaiian Air with D9S service into Kamuela, I believe our good friend tonywestsider mentioned awhile back that Aloha Airlines operated the BAC One-Eleven into MUE at one point as well.

However, Hilo (ITO) is currently served by Hawaiian Air with Boeing 717 equipment operated on interisland flights and also by United with Boeing 737-800 service nonstop to Los Angeles. The 738 was formerly operated by Continental, of course.

So that leaves just one more destination that previously had jet service. And here's a hint: we are talking about the Hawaiian Islands chain here....
