Really? Kind of shocked considering I've done at least 50 rentals a year for the last 15 years and never had it happen to me. Maybe I should just count my blessings although I've primarily been a Hertz, Budget and Alamo renter for about 80% of my rentals. The rest scattered from Avis to Dollar.

Never been overbooked or heard of a co-worker being overbooked. Learn something new everyday.
