I booked an international flight (LAX-EDI) through PHL. When i booked, i had no AA status. Once i hit AA Gold i called to change to preferred seats which was no problem, they recognized my AA gold status. Now that i am Platinum (OW Sapphire) My family and I want to use the extra baggage allowance. I have been plat for over a month and the US system still says I'm gold. Ive called US and they confirmed with AA my plat status, but there wasn't anything they could do? Anyone else have this problem?
