One last year at MUC on KL. From what I could see, no one in the cabin was phased by it at all. The pair behind me who had met on the flight continued their discussion about the best places to visit in Europe, and the elderly lady next me woke up as the engines spooled up but then went back to sleep again. Typical KL customers, in my experience.
