Simple (probably stupid) question is: how do I get my boarding pass? Can I use the Delta App (the ticket was bought through Delta on a multi-city excursion) or do I need to get a paper boarding pass in Europe? Will I be able to print the boarding pass out from a KLM kiosk with my Delta FF number?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
