What they don't tell you about this tour is how much time you will waste on shopping stops. Ming Tombs are a waste of time and not close to Mutianyu.
You could go directly from the airport to the Wall if you organize a driver ahead of time. You will need to hang around the airport for an hour or so and have breakfast there for a pick-up at about 6-6h30.
