Large party joined the flight. Looked like they had been to an event of some sort and in some cases over indulged with alcohol. One passenger was denied boarding at the gate and then verbally abused the Captain. More or less an hour delay - just what one does not need on a late Friday flight home

In my view Captain Marsh and Gemma's crew were exemplary. Used a BA golden ticket recognition card for all of them.
