Often1, where exactly does one get the fare rules for my specific tickets, do you know? It's not on my eticket itinerary and confirmation receipt that I received via email -- the document is four pages long, but nothing about the fare rules. When I go online and try to look it up using my Confirmation number, I get all kinds of information, but NOTHING about the fare rules. No link to click on that I could see. That's why I called the call center finally, because I couldn't access the info myself. I remember seeing the link and clicking on it when I bought the ticket online, but I simply cannot find it now!

The refund option may be the best way to go ... for $100 more it sure seems a whole lot less complicated!
