No. Your upgrade priority is ranked against all pax at the airport of the flight fo interest. The only way it may help is if you and another medallion of the same level booked the same fare class on the same day, both had or didn't have the reserve card, but you checked in for both flights at your feeder flight's at T-24 and they checked in (without taking a feeder) at T-24 or later. Then you win (checkin time is the last tiebreaker)
