I've been trying to book a flight from NRT-BKK on the aeroplan.com site, but for the last few days, I've been getting the message:

"We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again. If the error reoccurs, call the Aeroplan.com website support centre at 1-866-689-8080."

If I do, say, YVR-YYZ, there is no problem in seeing flights, or even YVR-SIN, but FRA-BKK doesn't work either. I called the 1-800 line, and the particularly unhelpful agent told me "you have to call the call centre for asian flights". Hmm, well, unless the rules have recently changed, you don't...I've booked at least a dozen intra-Asia flights online.

Is anyone else having this problem?
