I took the A321 CW option for the first time yesterday and I was in 3A. It was quite comfortable, though the leg room is more restricted than in the wide body CW. In front of 1A there is a hole in the bulkhead for your feet to go into, which looks to be the same size as for the other solo seats. Row 7 is an exit row, so I presume that there is a little more of a gap between the seats, but I didn't get a close look.
