Also on the US Airways side similar issues. I booked an all metal US flight a few months back to San Diego directly from usairways.com, put my AAdvantage number in the frequent flyer number area for mileage and status credit since I am crediting to one program even though I book on both carriers.

The trip doesn't show up when logged in to either my DM or AA accounts. I can view it on US Airways when I look up the record locator though but can't make it stick to my upcoming trips on US. A bit annoying but not a big deal.
