As has been said, reservations with non-AA flights don't stick in your "My Reservations."
Even with AA flights, sometimes they don't show up either. I have a reservation on AA metal (with AA flight number) but it was booked through US Airways. The reservation has US Airways's ticket number and it doesn't show up on "My Reservations".
