Is there a wheeled personal item that would meet UA's size requirements and still be able to support a bag sized similarly to a Tri Star or eBags Motherlode Convertible Jr?

A large open main compartment similar to U116 or the linked Eagle Creek would be the most useful but a compartment or two wouldn't be a deal breaker.

I'm short so I always anticipate being asked to put my bags in a sizer.
