I called about my annual fee on the arrival world elite MC. First rep was worthless, second call I asked to speak with a supervisor. She "transferred" me and hung up on me. Third call I finally got a supervisor and he basically lectured me on the benefits of the card, blah blah blah. Then he said this one time I will credit you the $89. So I think you just have to harass the .... out of them and you will get the credit.

Just FYI my spend on the card was 50k+ and 90% of that was legit spend. So I was surprised they gave me so much hassle.
