The QC20 series is the best set of noise cancelling ear phones I have. I feel they're much better than the QC 15 and 3 series. I can now sleep on my side with the QC20's in my ear, vs. their around the ear headphones. Cheers to Bose for making a great set of noise cancelling "ear" phones
