Agreed; and some excellent customer service to boot. When my beloved QC's fell apart in my hands after 10+ years of consistent FF use I called the Bose customer service line and they sent me a brand new pair for $50 ^ that is how a brand instills customer loyalty and generates positive word of mouth.
