not sure I follow this reasoning.

Many speak of the post-March 2015 mileage earnings on lower fares being roughly 50% cut but "specialty" tickets on discount (sub-W) fares will only earn 50% seems to be much a wash.

Postnote -- while some may have PQD waivers, these consolidator tickets may have no PQD earnings.
