You are checking in on AA.com with the associated AA confirmation code? If you booked it with your US DM account number it should be in your USAirways.com account. It should have an AA confirmation code associated that you need to retrieve the reservation properly on AA.com. Then I would check that your US DM account number is associated to the reservation before attempting check in.
