Preferred upgrade terms (on American)

Upgrades are only available on flights operated and marketed by American Airlines and American Eagle or codeshare flights marketed by US Airways and operated by American Airlines or American Eagle. Valid upgrade markets include travel within and between the U.S. (including Hawaii) and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas and Bermuda, as well as between the U.S. and Central America.
