I recently met the 30k spend threshold on my Amex Reserve card, and on my closing date (yesterday) I was credited all the miles for purchases and the 15k bonus miles for meeting that threshold....but I have not received my MQM credit...anyone know what the process is? Am I supposed to receive an email or something, as i read on these forms?

The 15k MQM would move me from Gold to Platinum, and I would love to improve my chances on flights scheduled in the next two weeks...
